Time Offset
To make times match your time zone, enter in the offset in hours from the server's time which is shown in parenthesis on the right. Enter negative numbers to subtract time from the server's time.
Posting Timeout
Drops the connection to your blog after this many seconds. Reducing this number can significantly improve posting times. Use carefully, however, as a too-short timeout may cause posting to cease.

blog-poster.php Cron Frequency
This must match the setting you set up for blog-poster.php in your cron setup. See Installation->Cron Job for more details.
Max Trackbacks Per Run
This value is required if you plan to use trackbacks. For more details, please see the section on trackbacks under Projects->Project Configuration.

Cron Locations

Through PHP

Using Lynx Browser
In the Using Lynx Browser box, are the cron commands for servers which cannot call PHP directly.
If none of these work for you, then you should contact your host for the proper command to use.
To use pre-caching of RSS and SE feeds, add a cron to run rss-cache.php and/or se-cache.php to run a few minutes before blog-poster.php.
