The advanced customization features available to programmers are no longer being made openly available for a variety of reasons. Chief among them was the new dynamic interface which relies upon Javascript heavily. If you need those features, then we recommend either 1) paying the fee for programmers access to some of the source code (contact customer support for details) or 2) using CF 1.17.
